Terms of Service

Deckonomicon (the “Service”) is a web platform that allows users to track trading card game decks, inventory, and matches.

The Service is operated by an individual based in Italy. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the individual who operates the Service. Terms contact: tos@deckonomicon.com.

The Service helps players research trading card game data and manage inventories, decks, playgroups, matches, and related analytics. The Service is intended for personal and community gameplay tracking, not for financial, legal, or professional advice.

You must use the Service lawfully, keep your account credentials secure, and avoid attempts to disrupt, scrape abusively, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls.

Accounts are provided through the Service’s self-hosted authentication system. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or restrict access if needed to protect the Service, other users, or legal compliance.

You should provide accurate account information and keep your email address current when email features are enabled.

You keep ownership of the deck names, descriptions, tags, playgroup names, match records, collection notes, and other content you enter. You grant us the limited right to process and display that content as needed to provide the Service.

Do not upload or enter personal data about other people unless you have a lawful basis and the information is appropriate for the Service.

Magic: The Gathering, Wizards of the Coast, card names, images, logos, and related materials belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast.

Card reference data, prices, and images may come from external rights holders or public reference data. Those materials may have their own terms, policies, availability limits, and data accuracy constraints.

The Service is currently an early-stage application. Features, integrations, limits, legal documents, and access rules may change as the product matures.

The Service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete data accuracy, or that every feature will remain available.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can request account deletion from your account settings. Deletion removes your sign-in account and application data, including public decks, private decks, collection records, games, matches, and duels. If you administer a playgroup with other members, administration is transferred to another member; playgroups with no other member are deleted.

We may restrict or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, or use the Service unlawfully.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data caused by user action, third-party service outages, or reliance on incomplete card or price data.

Consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain unaffected.

These terms are governed by Italian law.

Disputes relating to these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts, except where mandatory consumer protection rules give you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country or place of residence.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded or restricted under EU or national consumer protection law.
